(PT)Devido a ameaças judiciais e providências cautelares de urgência por parte do mandatário da Jular-Madeiras, S.A., empresa que detém os direitos da marca "Treehouse", decidimos, a partir de agora, alterar o nome do evento treehouse hotel para treehotel. É de notar que o Treehotel, é um projecto artístico, experimental de arquitectura e design cujo objectivo é a sensibilização social e ambiental das pessoas para temas e assuntos essências para o futuro das nossas cidades, e dar a possibilidade às pessoas de dormirem uma noite na Natureza!Nunca foi nossa intenção de concorrer com qualquer marca ou produto já existente. O próprio Design e Arquitectura do treehotel é único e inconfundível com qualquer tipo de produto existente no mercado.

(ENG)Due to legal threats and emergency protective measures by the legal agent of Jular-Madeiras, SA, a company that owns the trademark rights "Treehouse", we decided, from now on, change the name of the event from treehouse hotel to treehotel. Note that the Treehotel, is an artistic project, experimental architecture and design aiming at social and environmental sensitivity of people to themes and issues essential to the future of our cities and give the citypeople the possibility to sleep a night with Nature! It was never our intention to compete with any brand or product already exists. Even the Design and Architecture from the treehotel is unique and unmistakable with any type of product on the market.
